As a human capital industry speaker and writer, she covers topics related to strategy, culture, women’s entrepreneurship, and disruptive talent management practices. Previously, Tracey was a partner for an international firm that provided people analytics and consulting services to organizations in the private and public sectors. She is a founding board member of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Institute at DePaul University, the Nation’s first comprehensive institute for women business founders.
